How to Register
Step 1: Download and Install DakPay UPI App from Google Play store(Android) /App Store(iOS).
Step 2: Select your preferred language.
Step 3: Switch the device location on
Step 4: Verify mobile number & enter all the basic details necessary for registration

SMS – To verify Phone number for registration

Had been using this app upto my satisfaction. But, since last few months, it's been erratic. uninstalled and reinstalled several times but to no avail. Comes with a msg that onboarding is restricted on this device. Using literally all other available apps w/o any difficulty. Needs your technical team to look into...

I am facing an issue while using the DakPay(IPPB) mobile application on my device. Whenever I try to complete UPI onboarding, the app shows the message “UPI onboarding is restricted on this device.” My mobile number is already registered with IPPB, and I have given all the required permissions, but still I am unable to activate UPI services. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with a solution at the earliest, as this is causing inconvenience in making digital payments.

I have opened my ippb account in last month. I facing the " time out " error till now in "DAK PAY" app. So many times I have called the customer care and I sent the error screen shot threw email. But no changes happened. The problem is all types of other bamk accounts linked in DAK PAY. But my ippb account doesn't link. Could you please tell me solution for doing the transactions there DAK PAY app.
