One of the worst services I've ever used. The UI is next to non existent, the error messages don't tell you anything, and customer service is absolutely abysmal. I've been dealing with an issue with my account (that wasn't even my fault to begin with, it's literally just an error on their end) and now my accounts locked out, before I even have access to it. Not to mention customer service knows less than I do. Everytime I call they just repeat the same rehearsed line over and over again. Trash.

It's, honestly, just not very flexible. Low costing at least, and it's easy to use. Problem is that it restricts the number of transactions you can have per day, per month, which sometimes can be quite problematic. Especially if you have multiple bills to pay on payday. Unfortunately, I will be switching to my own personal bank account instead of continuing with the paycard.

Since the last update ,being able to view my balance without signing in is gone. Also I have to key in my password everytime. I have changed it ,and even then Google saves it,but I get the error msg that it is the wrong password when I use the Google saved .Very frustrating. Also no way to trouble shoot most of the issues without calling. No chat bots or email that I can find. Calls take forever,and then I can barely understand the heavy accents. I Like alerts sent to email for purchases made.
