Couldn't use the app, the Gabb watch 3 couldn't connect to the network. I did all the steps for set up and troubleshooting with customer support (who were very nice and gave $25 credit). Gabb did a factory network reset and it still didn't resolve the issue. Turns out other customers are having the same problem. I did get the watch free, but had to pay $50 for activation and $17.99/mo for noncontract service. I requested a refund and there's a $50 restock fee that was waived. So I'm out $25

My daughter's watch hasn't worked for almost a month now, I've called I've emailed and no one is getting back to me. Terrible customer service when you have a problem. Update: after leaving a terrible review someone got back to me and got it fixed. The person who helped via text messages was very helpful. Sad though the only way to get a resolution was a bad app review. 😕

The app never connected right. The watch we had stopped working after 2 months and it took them 4 months to get back to me even though I was weekly trying to get in touch with them. Once they did finally respond, they insisted on sending me a second watch, and it was a dud. After spending money on the watch, a yearly service and monthly service (apparently I was charged twice for the plan) I only received 2 months of service back. I DO NOT recommend this company. Terrible. Huge rip off.
