Ratings and reviews

I've rewritten a review many times. This is my final thoughts after having Gabb phones for 2 years. Customer service is SO GOOD - very helpful/responsive. I'd give 5stars for them alone. However the GPS location falls a bit short. It works most of the time on our kids phones, but as soon as they enter a building (work, gym, school) it will stop working. I'm told they are working on the issue - my review will be 5stars when that is fixed!

It worked ok, and then so many glitches and problems. GPS alerts were great and now they're delayed by 5 or ten minutes. Being able to text back and forth was great and now it doesn't receive our messages. And when I try to do the web chat for help, it takes forever. Call for support? Good luck - it takes forever. We are strongly considering canceling the watch and going a different route. edit: they want feedback through the app. we tried. it "failed to send feedback", so much for that!

Every time the app or watch receives an update, my watch unpairs, loses the ability to be recognized, or straight up disappears from the app. Today, it happened again with the latest app update and refresh. Sometimes I can fix it, other times it just won't work and takes over a week to be fixed. Most of the time, I just have to try again once a day until it finally works. I will not renew after my contract is up.

Location History is now available!

Review up to 7 days of your child’s location activity using two helpful views:
- Map view: Replay their day chronologically and tap location points for more details.
- Timeline view: Browse past locations, with related activity conveniently grouped together.
- Safe Zone insights: See when your child entered, left, or remained in an assigned Safe Zone.

This release also includes general bug fixes, UI updates, and overall performance improvements.
