I am on watch number 2 since December 22nd. The first one sound stopped working. The second watch took me hours with IT to get them to send one. Now, this one will not connect at all with the app. I spent hours with IT, and I am still with a useless app and watch. They have a self service mind set of here is a video, you fix it. Not that easy, and the videos are not helpful. At one point, I had to put my browser in private mode just to it to work with the site. Not happy

Have had nothing but issues since purchasing our teens' Gabb+ phone. Had to reset multiple times, have had to call support multiple times, and the GPS continues to fail in locating the phone. Disappointing is an understatement given that this is one of the major features that are supposed to keep our children safe. Had no issues with our younger child's watch and expected the same with the phone. It's not worth the price!

Used it for 2 years now. It's reliable and works for basic communication and location. But GPS is very slow. You'll get notified 5 or 10 minutes after your child leaves "safe zone" or comes home. You can switch to real-time location for a specific reason, but that uses battery rapidly. The limit on number of contacts is also an impediment at times. But overall, we're happy with it and recently got one for our other daughter.
