For a company as big as Econet, do better. This app freezes a lot on the very first screen. Then after restarting the app many times, it freezes on signing in.

Useless app,I try to sign in, tells me account with those details does not exist. and then when I try to sign up, it tells me the account with those details already exists. who created this useless app, i am fade up 😭

The OTP function is dead. It simply does not respond. Once you finally get past that hurdle, the app forgets your login details immediately, forcing you to reset your password daily. Also, STOP asking customers to send their ID cards via unverified WhatsApp numbers! This is the 21st century—why is my identity being handled by a random agent’s personal phone? This is unprofessional and dangerous. Do better, Econet.
