When an app update comes out it shouldn't install a 2nd icon on my phone, update the existing one and don't release a new one that doesn't work. When I open this new different icon version I get a "something went wrong" error when it opens up. Due to this inferior method of installing the "updated app" it also lost credentials, which is dumb.

Once again, I couldn't redeem my points at the store itself with this app. No matter which server i use, it always crashes and makes me do everything all over again. I have no choice but to spend all of my money on the products in store. it's not worth buying a membership from GameStop itself, because it'll keep on crashing when in store. The cashiers are not even allowed to redeem points in store, so don't buy the membership from GameStop. It's not worth it.

This app has a plethora of glitches that never seem to be fixed. Every time I open the app, it blocks me from using it, claiming it needs an update, until I click the "update now" button, bringing me to the Google Play Store that plainly says it's up to date, and then it works. I have to do this every time I open the app. Secondly, using point rewards on this app just doesn't work. It'll take your points but won't apply your reward and you have to jump thru hoops to get it.
