This used to be a good app back in the day, but it's progressively gotten worse over the years. Constant issues, crashing, logging in and getting logged back out, can't view rewards, can't view preorders. Why pay for a premium membership if you can't see or redeem the benefits? It's like they're going out of their way to make it hard to support your local Game Stop store.

Somewhere along the line, this app got really bad. Every single time I open it, it tells me it needs an update, just to take me to the app store to see there's no update, then I press "open" and it works. Then, every other time I open it, I'm constantly being logged out of my account and I can't access my orders and rewards pages. At this point, easier to just go to my browser.

I really hate to do this, but I have been a long term pro member and shop with GameStop regularly. But in recent weeks I've been told that I have to use my app in order to use my points and even to get the monthly $5 off coupon. The issue is. Everytime I try to load my account it logs me out. It also constantly refreshes the page over and over when I try to click on my rewards. Which is pretty convenient considering the recent change. So I will be canceling my membership.
