App was good when I first got it. After about a couple hours, I tried to look at my cart and it kept giving me an error screen. Until this is fixed, I can't recommend the app to anybody. I logged in to their website on my phone and I can look on the cart there, so it is not an issue on my end, but with the app. I recommend the website for any GameStop usage until this error is corrected.

This app wasn't the best. especially when it came to finding stores to have certain items, But it had its moments of convenience. Now I don't know what's going on with the system; because this is the second time where I've tried to log in and it keeps saying something went wrong. When I go to reset my password; it says "Took too long. Timed out." So whatever is going on please fix it. Because if the physical stores are shutting down and becoming more digital. Than the app should be functional.

Frequently buggy, slow to load if it does, stock locator extremely broken giving mixed to no results, and logs you out every other day. App will also get stuck in a crash loop that continuously asks for an update that doesn't exist. Been this way for quite some time showing they have no real urgency to fix. Swan song of what was once a great company.
