This used to be a good app back in the day, but it's progressively gotten worse over the years. Constant issues, crashing, logging in and getting logged back out, can't view rewards, can't view preorders. Why pay for a premium membership if you can't see or redeem the benefits? It's like they're going out of their way to make it hard to support your local Game Stop store.

When an app update comes out it shouldn't install a 2nd icon on my phone, update the existing one and don't release a new one that doesn't work. When I open this new different icon version I get a "something went wrong" error when it opens up. Due to this inferior method of installing the "updated app" it also lost credentials, which is dumb.

one of the worst apps I have ever had to use. It constantly won't show me tabs while trying to look for games by console, refreshes all the time and logs me out, not to mention having to resign in to look at further tabs in the app like my rewards or places orders. Gamestops website is no better, would give this app zero stars if possible. If you can avoid it, don't use the app, don't even bother with pro membership.
