Pointless and dated. The opposite of good app design. Introduces friction and makes planning your day impossible. I have paid for a course of treatments but booking them is impossible. You have to select treatment and day and then wait for a call or text to see if you have been successful. They can decline you an appointment and offer a couple of other times but you have to keep texting. I wish I hadn't prepaid for treatments. Worst customer experience ever.

Literally pointless. Ridiculous. Much much easier to use the website form to book and pre pay or call up and do it that way.

Wow! This is so poor I don't think you can even call it an app! Don't even bother with this just check it on the website instead. This is pdfs and a callback. Whoever did this app should give back whatever money they got for doing it
