I booked two Hiace cars this month through this app, and my experience was really good so far. They provided assistance throughout my renting process once I confirmed my booking. In the app, they didn't have the option to book two cars at the same time from a single ID, but they helped me do it manually once I booked one and informed them that I needed to book another one. So overall, my experience was pretty good. But I suggest they should add the option to book multiple cars from the app.

I took 3 rides with Garibook - all were great! The app is easy to use and navigate, rides were on time, and customer service is super helpful and quick to solve any issue. Highly recommend!

Very professional and reliable service. Have taken the first ride today for Manikganj. My only advice / suggestion is - the mobile app needs to be more responsive. Reaction time is slow and doesn't feel smooth enough. Developers should have priority on these factors. Users should feel easy while clicking a button. Apart from it, I recommend Gaaribook for anyone who needs a travel !
