I absolutely love this app and with the nufi it's an extremely powerful tool. I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I found set up to be relatively simple.

I hate that I have to write this. When this app works it is amazing. This tool makes diagnosis quick and accurate. However, GE doesn't support the app. I upgraded my phone and the app wouldn't allow me to log in. I tried everything before attempting to reach out. First I emailed, which is what they recommend. Days later, I still have no response. Spend hours trying to call. They no longer accept calls for this app. This is an expensive tool with a monthly fee! At least provide Support!

Ignore all the 1 star reviews of the people that have no idea what they are doing. If you cant use this simple tool you don't need to be working on appliances. I use this every day and have never had an issue with it. Now if there is no service you can't use it but you have to be smarter than that and connect to wifi. If you're doing a firmware update with no service thats on you. 10/10 would recommend one for every appliance brand.
