Last 4 days I am not receiving the events and notification alerts in my True Cloud mobile application. I raised an issue to app team through mobile application. But till issue not resolved. If it works fine. It is very good CCTV application. Other wise it is bad service.

Initially we used to get alarm notifications.I don't know what happened now all messages have disappeared and I'm not able to get any alarm messages. Camera is working fine. I have tried everything which showed on the app to shoot the problem but was not able. Really disappointed in the app.

Excellent app but just lacks 1 important feature, if motion detection is triggered let's say at mid night, it triggers a sound and light alarm in camera, but the push notification in mobile is just a normal notification - ideally I should be getting an alarm as well in mobile app as well to be alerted.
