This app is absolutely terrible. I've only been able to purchase tickets on here like once maybe twice every other time I've tried I've been unsuccessful because the app gets stuck at a certain point and won't let me complete the transaction even after rebooting y phone a hundred times and uninstalling the app more times than I can count. Very frustrating especially when you dont ever carry cash on you but that's all the buses will accept.

Somewhat confusing the sign says every 20 minutes the dispatcher says every hour, the online app says every 40 minutes. So it's a little confusing. That being said it is by far and away the greatest accomplishment Wichita has under unusual neglect of public transportation.
