Why the &£@ do I want another app just to access a frigging QR. A bunch of email verifications one after the other as well. It might be more secure, but doing it this way is not a good trade off. Just because we can make an app for this does not mean we should, this service just adds overhead to an already simple process, and restricting it to "view in app only" helps no user, it just makes it tedious and bothersome. All good reviews are paid by, the real users agree it is rubbish.

can't log in says "connection error". tried deleting cache even al data and still. POS app. and I don't wanna take my phone to a concert where it's highly likely I might lose it or get stolen. I hate the event organizer, the venue and this stupid app

A convoluted and unnecessary process to get to my tickets. I was forced to download Quentro in order to see the tickets I bought on another website, and I fail to see the value this app provides.
