metto 4 stelle perché mi piacerebbe implementassero la possibilità di entrare in contatto diretto con il corriere; alcuni prodotti mancano e secondo me sarebbero importanti, per es. lo scottex da cucina. Per il resto ottima scelta prodotti, servizio veloce, comodissimo quando non si riesce a fare la spesa e fa sempre piacere risparmiare qualche soldo.

Molto soddisfatta appena fatto e ricevuto il primo ordine. Peccato che è stato anche l'ultimo. Sono 5 mesi che il magazzino è "temporaneamente" fuori servizio, nonostante abiti in una zona coperta. Il servizio clienti continua a dire che è in corso di aggiornamento e promette che in pochi giorni sarà di nuovo disponibile. Promesse al vento. Peccato perché sembrava un'ottima app.

Sono molto soddisfatta, sia della spesa che del servizio. Avevo avuto esperienze purtroppo negative con altri delivery quindi ero un po' preoccupata, ma per fortuna non è stato il caso di getir. La spesa è arrivata completa e in breve tempo. C'è una scelta abbastanza ampia e ci sono varie offerte. Il corriere è stato gentilissimo e cortese (doti ormai rare). Conveniente. Consigliatissimo!
