Good device but terrible software. No way to connect to any other applications. No way to see your hrv or hr graphed over time with values. No way to see hrv graphs longer than a day at a time. No way to see hr graphs at all. No way to see trends longer than 1 month. Also stickers are rediculously overpriced. The $20 for 15 is completely misleading when there is a $35 shipping fee that is attached even if you try to bulk order.

• Great idea but rough execution • App/UI is confusing with zero explanation of features, symbols, or use • Customer support takes weeks if you get a response at all • No battery meter in app • The device is ALWAYS draining the battery, even when not in use so it has to be charged AND cooled before each use if don't want to leave it plugged in and hot all the time • The free month of AI coaching starts w/o notice so if you're trying to learn the device first, you miss out but will be auto-billed

The Lief and the app are absolutely amazing, such a great product. I'm having a small issue with the app not showing my progress but that might be because I just started again after not using it for a long while. Hopefully it can be fixed but either way 5 stars because this is such a cool device & I think they've done an amazing job with it :)
