Good device but terrible software. No way to connect to any other applications. No way to see your hrv or hr graphed over time with values. No way to see hrv graphs longer than a day at a time. No way to see hr graphs at all. No way to see trends longer than 1 month. Also stickers are rediculously overpriced. The $20 for 15 is completely misleading when there is a $35 shipping fee that is attached even if you try to bulk order.

The Lief and the app are absolutely amazing, such a great product. I'm having a small issue with the app not showing my progress but that might be because I just started again after not using it for a long while. Hopefully it can be fixed but either way 5 stars because this is such a cool device & I think they've done an amazing job with it :)

Never really experienced any benefit from the app. I suspect it's helpful for dealing with the modern life rat race, but it proved wholly unhelpful in the face of actual traumatic life events, by which I mean significant Holmes-Rahe LCUs. Unfortunately, the subscription model means they keep charging you if the trauma means you forget about their app that doesn't help you. To their credit, they stopped charging me after getting roughly $1100 for no results and a completely failed relationship.
