I can't make an account!! I fill in all my info, but it does not allow me to make an account to save my points!! Useless unless this is fixed.
Reset password, someone else's name, won't let me change their email to mine, after 10 attempts to correct.
Great I have always been able to use this app without issues and I certainly like it.I use this mostly for my vaping products but have noticed that it is being used by some great places I like to order food from as well.great app in my book.
Just dumb It took me at least 10 tries to get an account started. Once I finally got one created, it wouldn't let me log in after I just confirmed the email that was sent. Once I changed the password and was able to sign it, it signed me into someone else's account with a totally different email and all. This is so stupid. I would really just love a normal punch card over this supposed easier method.
Will not scan the QR code It is also unclear about entering the 10 digit code as a backup - there are no 10 digit codes on the receipt. Need to work with vendors better. Update: customer service worked with me to identify the issue. Very responsive.
