Not sure if someone new took over control of app development, but it's gotten SO much better in the past year. I especially love that we can transfer custom amounts of money into our wallet instead of the $10 increments. My only issue is that for a while now, the only "free items" with deliveries over $10 are slurpees, whereas there used to be a good variety of snacks and drinks offered.

Paying for inconvenience. Pay extra for gold pass discounts that only apply if you place an order through the 7Now Delivery app versus the 7-Eleven app and just pick up the items myself after I get gas. What is the point. Please one app for all the discounts that the paying customer paid for with the Gold Pass. Ordering and waiting is a waste of time.

absolutely awful. placed an order with an expected wait of 20 minutes. it said there was a driver assigned but when I went to go track it, it wouldn't show me anything. 30 minutes later, I tried contacting support only to be forced to talk to a bot that is less capable than ChatGPT's first ever model. I couldn't be put through to a human no matter how hard I tried. their contact info doesn't load on their website. finally, an hour later, they give a fake number, and say no driver available.
