Ratings and reviews

Cant contact an actual customer service representative. The app has subscription support with no email address next to email and no number next to phone number. I have the customer service number but they havent been right since they supposedly updated their automated system in july. The menu on the automated system has u running in circles and when i try to make apayment it says they have some kind of technical issue. Wanted to pay online but cant do that unless you sign up for auto pay.

I hate the new layout. We should be given the option of choosing the old layout. I don't always read everyday and like the option if being able to go back and read sometimes a week worths of papers. I will not be renewing with this format. It is aweful!

I enjoy reading the Augusta Chronicle each day . but when I turn the phone sideways to get a larger screen to read .The newspaper does not turn side ways . Other apps do , I wish this could be corrected for the newspaper. Thanks
