I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

The app doesn't work... It gives the T&C page. T&C which you can't read because links don't work but it allows you to accept them. Next page is login/create an account and whichever pressed it goes to never-ending spinning wheel... Restarting the app, the phone, reinstalling - no change. App works on my ancient Alcatel but can't even login on a younger Samsung?!?

Awful - Unable to log in on the app. On entering username and password, getting a 2FA six digit text message code, you enter this code and immediately are returned back to the log in screen. Testing before release is an absolute basic and being able to log in is a primary requirement. Judging by other recent comments, you have problems. Just get it asap please.
