I've been needing to delete my account for months now since I don't live in the UK anymore. But no matter how many times I change my password, try to log in through my laptop or phone (app) it won't allow me to log in. It keeps saying that there's an issue with the website and to try it again later, but it's been saying that for almost a year now. This website and app is complete garbage and useless. Customer service is also unreliable and unhelpful.

I was having issues getting Giffgaff to work, for a week. It took someone at a phone store to change settings in my phone to allow this to work properly. I followed all the suggestions, entered all the settings/instructions, still nothing. This lady had it working in a matter of minutes. I'm not exactly sure what she did, but there are settings that may block the sim from working. So be aware of that....

bought a £35 plan for 200GB but they changed the contract to 20gb a month which usually cost £25 meaning they took an extra £10 and changed my contract !!!! wouldn't trust or recommend! they also wouldn't let me cancel the previous plan.
