I was told this app was good to check all the food label and provide good info related to a food product. I was able to try it only once. When I needed to check out a product again, the app didn't respond. It stays solid at a screen which is for friends referrals. I don't mind paying subscriptions fee. But it seems like this "no responding" issue pretty common among users.

Immediately after being charged $40 for the app the app stopped working and kicked me out, I only get "developer error", they haven't responded to any of my emails, they won't refund me. I'll be going to my bank and issuing a chargeback, I hope everyone follows suit and this company goes bankrupt and gets banned from credit card processing.

I've been loving this app, did the free trial and decided to go through with paying for it. However, now that its taken the money from my account I suddenly cant login. It logged me out without any explanation and just says "developer error" when I try to login now. I've tried for multiple days, given it ample time to load, and checked the app for any updates needed. This was helpful when I wasnt paying a ton to look at an error screen.
