clunky and weird. settings are laggy, takes a while to update. swype doesn't always work, so you just look like an idiot sweeping your thumb around your keyboard while it types nothing(FOR ENGLISH LANGUAGE). disabled the smart bar but ig it felt like hanging around a bit longer because it only just went away despite being disabled five minutes ago. keyboard is set at the smallest setting and it still takes up a huge, massive chunk of my screen. nvm, the smart bar is back.

Terrible keyboard. For starters, no Google mic on the keyboard. Secondly, no arrows for up and down, left and right, cruising, editing of sentences. Thirdly, no access to instant messages, to store passwords, prearranged sentences, to be added with a simple click. Uninstalling.

Ginger Keyboard must be one of the hidden gems among Android keyboard apps. Not as well known as Gboard or Swiftkey, I found this keyboard app to be very comfortable in usage. Predictions are as good or better than those two competitors. There are some features that are missing in Gboard and Swiftkey. Middle prediction box (with three dots) expands to include more choices. Grammar checker is very intuitive and is worth the subscription for long-term usage. I also like Create Theme feature, in which I can choose background and button color and contrast to my likings. I encountered an issue with subscription purchase, but the customer service was excellent and fixed the glitch with the latest update. Ginger Keyboard is a great alternative to stock or other third-party keyboard apps.
