This is a completely waste app. For the first 6–7 months it was working fine, but later my BTC amount got blocked. When I emailed them asking what happened, they asked for the source details for my last two transactions. I provided all the details they requested, but since then I have not received any update. It has been almost 5 months now and my issue is still not resolved. Whenever I try to withdraw my money, it doesn’t work. How long does verification actually take? Waiting for nearly 5 mont

worst customer support. Such a dumb people. No use of these people. i would like to retrieve my account I don't have my old phone number but I know the email and password, it's asking for OTP from mobile. it's been 10 days. i sent them what they asked for, they literally tortured me by keep saying send me my proof again and again. atlast after 10 days, they sent an email reveling my email and phone number. such a stupid dumb guys. Not even a single person in their customer support have brains.

This App forcefully holds your money, if you transfer coins then it increase the transaction coin limit so you can't withdraw your coin. And it shown minimum INR withdraw Rs100 but when you want to withdraw it also increase limit like you will be shown minimum INR withdraw is Rs500. They does it through their algorithm. Big No to all users to use this ghatiya app. Never use this. I will never use this again. Please don't waste your hard earned money.
