A year later and it is still bad. Now it isn't even sending the MFA codes. Ugh. I am only able to log in to the app one out of 10 times, even after multiple emailed codes. Most of the time, it says I need to sign up for an account, but absolutely every time. And the credentials work on a computer.

It doesn't show up in my app drawer and I can't put an icon on a page. The only way I can open it is to look it up in Google Play. What's the actual name of the app? It's should be called Guardian. I can't log in unless I use a lock screen. Whether I use a lock screen is my decision not some app developer. In the comments they keep responding asking people to call them to give more details. Just read the comments! It's all there! Fix the problems that people are complaining about! Garbage!

The developer thought it was a good idea to name this app "Providers & ID Card", so if you install it and can't find it on your phone, search for that instead. The app makes it hard for people to use a password manager to log in (focus is automatically lost on the fields). After manually searching for the app and putting my password in, my account is locked out and I don't know how to unlock it. The website isn't working and their phone support just hangs up.
