Ratings and reviews

Full of glitches. I downloaded it but have not been able to use it-it gets stuck or options are disabled even when trying to create a non-US account. Review update: I was advised to delete my account and create a new one with the information from my native country and now it shows error. I's been days trying to create an account! Very frustrating. Support is excellent but, unfortunately, issues persist.

Worst experience ever! I set up my account and wanted to apply for a Smart Card, just to find out that you can't with a CE, you need a DNI (Peru). Not enough that the app gives me the option to try at all, now it is stuck and I can't do anything. I deinstalled and installed, cleared cache and data, opened and closed - nothing! I always start back at "Try again" (to apply for a card that I know isn't available with my type of ID). I want to delete my account, and can't even do that!

So far, so good. Excellent app, giving you the freedom to use multiple currencies under just one umbrella. Card transactions are smooth and trouble-free, at least from my personal experience. The currency exchange rate doesn't seem that inconvenient when moving sums from one currency to another, and the commissions you're being charged seem fair. I hope not to come back to reedact my review 😁
