Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. None of the "points" have any sort of conversion rate to local currency, the app is constantly refreshing when you go forward and back, and you can't cancel or edit orders, even if you call the help line within *10 minutes* of ordering. Because obviously there's no help button online. Phone support says "we'll email you either way on this resolution"...... lie.

I wish the app gave users an option to download PDF versions of their recognitions to their devices.

I have booked a smrt TV with 10000 points. From the last two day it's just showing "We are working on it". I didn't understand what they are working. If the product is not available they shouldn't give the option to book it. XX-W67LG-RQWTH-KD9WS-TJSMV Even there is know option to contact customer care number. WH is a very good app and they send very good product and happy with previous orders. But but but they are veryyyyyyyyyy slow to process orders and upadtesss. Not acceptable.
