Hello Glotelho, Your e-commerce plan is a Good one for Cameroon 🇨🇲. God's blessing Honestly, you need to work on your customer service in terms of replying messages on WhatsApp because I don't see the need to use hours and sometimes days to reply on Whatsapp. You keep customers on hold. Also, you need to state when exactly customers will receive their orders. I have been waiting since morning, and no one responds to me. Thirdly, we the customers need to be able to track our Orders🙏🏿

Extremely poor service, I ordered a tablet online, and the delivery was for me to come pick it up at their showroom on arriving there, the tablet was sold, and it was the last piece. By ordering online, my item is supposed to be reserved, but no, they just sold it because I didn't pay online and wanted quick cash. I would have given them a -4 stars if i could. Won't recommend them to my enemies. Uninstall

It won't placed an order and I tried contacting customer service on Whatsapp they told me products would be available after 2days. After 2days, I texted multiple times and got a blue thick with no response 🤣 worst online service ever. unless you guys upgrade then it's a 0/10 rating
