It's a store you place an order online, and a few days later, they send you a message saying your item is available. Yet, as soon as you arrive at the store, they tell you the item has already been sold. Some items appear online, but when you place an order, they inform you that they are no longer available and offer you something else instead. It's a store that manipulates the customers. I have never placed an order and been satisfied it is always the same story.

God's blessing Honestly, you need to work on your customer service in terms of replying messages on WhatsApp because I don't see the need to use hours and sometimes days to reply on Whatsapp. You keep customers on hold. Also, you need to state when exactly customers will receive their orders. I have been waiting since morning, and no one responds to me. Thirdly, we the customers need to be able to track our Orders🙏🏿
