This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Cadillac Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myCadillac mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Have a flat? Need fuel? Request Roadside Assistance in the app, or call an OnStar Advisor. Help is on the way.

Plan your trip by sending a destination to your vehicle’s built-in navigation system from the vehicle mobile app.

Use this with Lyriq. Not impressed. Basic lock, unlock, start work ok. Charging status takes minutes to update if at all? Not a lot of data to send, it's a one byte value. Lots of catching up to do if they are going all electric by 2030. Keeps giving me notifications about my phone being a trusted device, don't need that spam, let me turn that off.

Lots of bugs. Sluggish overall, not good for a tool that controls my car. Profile unlock feature almost never works but insultingly notifies me that it unlocked the profile even though I did. State of charge update and target take forever to update and you have to keep the app open the whole time r they never complete. Remote actions fail more than succeed. Mapping features are pretty good at least, which is important but table stakes.

This app takes way to long to load, even on wifi. I have 11 messages in my "inbox" and can't view them because that takes too long. Had a 2015 XTS and back then the app was great. Also didn't have to log in with a password every time back then. Sickening to see the regression of this app. I expect better out of Cadillac.
