This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Cadillac Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myCadillac mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Biggest downside is you can't send directions or addresses to app/car from other services. You have to look up the address in the app itself to send it to the car which is a cumbersome experience. Its an 8 step process and the search is sub par. Things visible on the map don't appear in search, and you can't just select a place on the map or drop a pin. Otherwise all this really does is unlock or start the car. But can't be used as an actual key to drive like a Tesla or Hyundai/Kia.

Cadillac you took an app and in an endeavor to make it a little easier to send an address to the car, you failed miserably. What is the difference of pressing the "More" icon to get to the "Locate" vehicle and "Navigation" and now hitting a nebulous "Map" icon? Nothing! Then you did the unthinkable and gave a new page that took me three days to figure out how to use to replicate the functionality of the previous app. Could you have not upon telling users of the Update also provided instructions?

The app works fine for the tasks I need. Remote start is a really nice feature and the remote lock/unlock has saved me a couple times already. It can be a little tedious getting into the app due to needing login verification every time it's opened. My biggest complaint is that there is no smart watch companion app. Almost all other major car brands have one and GM has yet to release theirs.
