This is your convenient tool to help simplify, add control and reach your vehicle’s full potential. Stay in touch and in command — whether you’re in your vehicle or out. Access helpful features like remote commands right on your home screen and even check the estimated fuel level or charge status of your electric vehicle.

Start by logging in with your Cadillac Account or OnStar username and password. Services are not available everywhere, and feature availability and functionality may vary by country. The myCadillac mobile app* is supported on Android 9 and above and is only available in North America, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and Bahrain.

Remote Commands**
Your key fob is conveniently located on your home screen. You can lock and unlock your doors or warm up your car on a cold morning.

Vehicle Status*** / Schedule Service
Check your vehicle’s status to monitor fuel level, oil life, tire pressure and more, making it easy for you to stay on top of your vehicle’s health and schedule service with your participating Dealer without leaving the app.

Lots of bugs. Could not view my car's state of charge, even, until I totally reset the app. Upon reset, it made me redo a lot of initial setup in a way that didn't really make sense. It also forces you back through all the tours. After all that, it still tells me to "charge vehicle now" when it's already charging and the app knows it. Keeps re-notifying about "trusted device service active" (whatever that means), vibrating the phone again and again, comically.

OnStar Smart Driver (part of this app) sells our personal driving habits to companies that then sell it to auto insurance (it is in the news). Remote commands to my car often take minutes to complete. The battery charge percentage takes several minutes to update. EVERY TIME I click the "map" page, it pops up the "find a charge station" and "know your range". I KNOW THAT, PLEASE STOP SHOWING ME THAT. I just want to find out where my car is parked. The Tesla app is much more usable and useful.

The app stopped working very disappointing. So I'm taking my 5 star's back. I did uninstall it and re installed it. And I'm still having the same results. I've been working in the IT and communication fields for over 28 years. Never experience anything like this. An update came out and destroyed the app I want to emphasize destroyed the app. I was very happy with it until. The updates and changes came out. Should I just simply left it alone. And I would have been happy with it but now i'm stuck
