Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

every time I try to use the app it keeps telling me that I need to authorize it then it will not allow me to click the authorize button. even after receng update still doesnt work. deleting this app.
