Look...I truly love the cost for coverage, but this makes no sense whatsoever that when trying to log in to make a policy payment, a pink square appears stating "there is no access at the moment and to check back again later". I've made a complaint about this before, and the issue is occurring again on the app and on the reg browser!! Please work like a legit company should to have your platform operating correctly for customers to pay, this is a mess?🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️

Just bought a policy with GoAuto INS. At first, everything went well, until I received my bill. GoAuto is charging me a full month for only 19 days of coverage, so I did what any reasonable person would and tried to call to find a solution to this problem... Well I've been on hold for 36 minutes, after having to use a "call tree" to get to the right place. I'm still on hold as I write this review!! During this time I've tried to login to the App, with no luck so far. STAY AWAY!!!!

Swamp Wizard
Tried making a payment. After entering all my debit card info, I click the button to make a payment, and it gives an error. Said server error due to server being under maintenance. I have no isdues with maintenance late at night but this app is so poorly written that it doesn't even check server status before you waste your tine entering all your payment info. Also,no option to set up auto debit. It was bad enough they doubled my rate because I'm a healthcare worker. This company is pathetic!
