Ratings and reviews

The GoGet service is useful, but this app is appalling: genuinely unusable. Despite all relevant permissions being granted, it will NEVER find my location, then says either something along the lines of "Sorry something went wrong" or "No internet available, try later" (a lie). If I try to view the map, it always assumes a default view over Africa. If I pan to Australia and don't move quickly it'll snap back to Africa. If I tap on a vehicle, within a second it'll exit the vehicle back to the map.

The service is brilliant, so convenient for an occasional car user, but the app sucks. Very slow to navigate. Frequently get a notification that the session has expired and I need to log in again, only this is a lie since it works fine without logging in again if I close and reopen it. Often when switching between apps (eg maps to check directions to different cars) this app crashes taking me back to the main screen. In the end it's still usable though.

App is difficult and plays up a lot. Cars not always in their pods. Can't pick 15 min increments only 30min so if you don't start on the dot you will lose minutes. Then all the extra charges on top. It's only worth it if you're making multiple stops, carrying a lot or a day trip.
