I have actually been in the app a handful of times, but I check at least once a week to see if I can get access to my own account. Honestly, just skip the app and use the website. The app is broke but the wbsite logs me in right away. Worst app there is, and you can pay on the website anyways. Your not getting in your account any quicker, or easier. You may as well not use the app, even when it does work. For a tech company, they sure suck at making an app.
