Easy e-wallet with many options and can be used for many purposes. However the international payment sometimes didn't work well and failed, my transaction refunded 7-14 days. Moreover the CS didn't help, they don't really care about your problem and only tell you their regulation nor they will finish your report without response.

For some reason, the paylater cannot be used for payment for the electrical bill without any explanation, then the paylater feature always gets blocked up to 2 weeks. This is really an inconvenience, since this problem just appears in the last 3 months and I am using this app for more than 6 year.

Hello, so far the app has been great, and I feel safe making transactions through it. However, I’m having an issue: there are transactions I don’t recall making. At first I thought it was just a scam, but it turns out it was just an automatic debit or automatic payment. Neither Gojek nor GoPay has a feature to disable automatic payments. I need a solution as soon as possible, because I don’t want my money to be deducted due to automatic payments that I didn’t even make myself

I mean…

But when I asked them for a date in the park…
They said they're afraid of bugs!

Meanwhile GoPay when bugs show up,

This update basically squashed every bug in sight.
