Unfortunately too many drivers leaving you high and dry, expecting you to be the one cancelling. By that time, you'd have wasted at least 10 mins figuring out if you are getting picked up at all. Additionally, the app doesn't even credit you the $5 that was promised. Whilst I understand that you should only get it when the trip is completed, driver cancelling after the alloted time should still warrant that same credit.
