Either fails to find location even when location is switched on, or gets it wrong. Other apps eg Google Maps, have no such problem. Even when it finds you it can't find local offers. Is the neatest Greggs really in London 160 miles away from Manchester??!!! To add insult to injury email support is no longer available for the app. Virgin Media obviously dragging down customer service quality to their low standards

The app was good but for months now it keeps putting the location for offers as hundreds of miles away and always out of stock for freebies. Great to have the chance to win things but not when it doesn't work correctly. And the only thing I have purchased priority tickets for got cancelled. Not O2's fault but still frustrating as it was a present for my son. So apart from free coffees and sausage in buns ages ago the app does nothing but sit there now. Please fix the location settings!

Can't login as a Virgin Media customer. What looks like an internal web broswer briefly pops up, but is then replaced in half a second by videos and a 'continue' button, which ultimately leads to an error pop-up. Close that and you just start the cycle again.

Hi Naomi, we're aware some Virgin Media users had issues logging in with their credentials and recently released a back-end change that should hopefully fix the issue. If you could please give the app another try and let us know if you have any problems on this email:

This includes an update to the case sensitivity on reward codes.
