At Goodly Fit, you can choose to train in a full gym, a free weight gym, or at home. We design a custom training plan for you. We will ask you specific questions to determine your current training level, understand your goals and preferences. With this information, we will create a plan that is 100% real and adapted to you with videos and instructions.

INTELLIGENT ALGORITHM FOR YOUR WORKOUTS
Our intelligent algorithm learns from you every session. You will begin with assessment training to identify your base level. Then, our algorithm will guide you week by week, adjusting the progression based on your feedback. We want each training to be an increasingly personalized and challenging experience.

We also consider any pathology or foods that you prefer to avoid to design a plan 100% tailored to you. You will get multiple options for breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners. Plus, you can cook in real time with our step-by-step recipe functionality.
