App isn't working properly. It takes me to a screen saying "...not currently accepting mobile appointments..." and the only button that works is the logout one. So I can't access my dogs medical records at all. I'll have to call the office and ask them to send it via email. Im flying with my dog soon and was planning on printing his documents. With less time this could have been a big issue! Part of the reason I've stayed with goodvets and paid the subscription is the ease of the app. Fix plz.

Can't book an appointment in app. "Contact ID is not active" Had the same issue on the website as well. No matter what I did or changed, I could not book an appointment and had to call instead. Fix your coding.

(Review is for the app, not any GoodVets location) This app breaks without a stellar internet connection. This app needs a dark mode. The overview for the payment plan said "as low as $71 per month" and still came out to $75- I went with annual price of $849- it triggered my bank's fraud alert- charged successfully on 2nd attempt- took a long time for the app to reflect that my pet was indeed covered and that her plan was not in suspended status. I spent hours at the vet just trying to check out
