offices are fine, but this app is hit or miss. i added payment information and got told in the office they couldnt see it, so where is this info being stored? it constantly pushes the care plan, loading an ad at the top of the main page every time you open it. it only occasionally reflects the things you do in visits, and will send you notifs to schedule things already done. theres no way to speak to vets or offices, only schedule appointments. useless if you need to do anything but buy a plan

the current update apparently isn't updated. whenever I would open the app to do anything. it would pop ip two messages. rate my last appointment with no way to rate it. and a message saying I need to have the current update to continue using the app. okay cool. thing is when I click it, it's already updated and it has two buttons. uninstall or open. nothing else. so I try uninstall and reinstall again like you know how that sometimes fixes things. pero nada. so yeah please fix this update.

it doesn't work right , gets stuck and some features don't work when you click on them.
