offices are fine, but this app is hit or miss. i added payment information and got told in the office they couldnt see it, so where is this info being stored? it constantly pushes the care plan, loading an ad at the top of the main page every time you open it. it only occasionally reflects the things you do in visits, and will send you notifs to schedule things already done. theres no way to speak to vets or offices, only schedule appointments. useless if you need to do anything but buy a plan

except for their poor book keeping on your pets hx or on your budget status, the vet care and one on one attention is fabulous, I thought i would never find a caring vet after mine went corporate and retired who had been my pets vet for 25 yrs, but these guys do care, their budget plans are very helpful with the visits, listen to your concerns and address them right away! I'm sticking with them! Just keep your receipts and all documentation just in case, until they have a better bookkeeper! lol

App isn't working properly. It takes me to a screen saying "...not currently accepting mobile appointments..." and the only button that works is the logout one. So I can't access my dogs medical records at all. I'll have to call the office and ask them to send it via email. Im flying with my dog soon and was planning on printing his documents. With less time this could have been a big issue! Part of the reason I've stayed with goodvets and paid the subscription is the ease of the app. Fix plz.
