Whenever I login to NIC mail, a notification frequently comes on the kavach app. After accepting the notification, a message like "(KA-4030) unfortunately we could not process your request" comes and immediately after that a message like "A timeout error has occurred" appears on the mail login page. Due to this, I am unable to check my mail for a long time. This problem has been going on for a long time, I am surprised that there is no improvement even after so many days.
