Switched back to Android after a few years on iOS. I was a Premium subscriber. This app pales in comparison to the iOS version. Hasn't been updated since 2023. Missing many features. So disappointed that the dev neglects this version. I used this app everyday as a runner to help me prepare for the outdoors. I will have to find a replacement. Please fix!

I love this app on my iOS devices but it seems they're delivering a broken app experience for Android users. You can turn on any notifications for the app, they're blocked. Going into my device settings, notifications, and trying to allow them there is useless because the app is missing from the list. Also you can't turn on background location service. Please either fix the app or refund Android users and remove it from the app store.

I purchased the paid version of the Carrot Weather app, and found it to be very good, but not necessarily $60 / year better than some of the free apps out there. More disappointing though, was my inability to transfer my purchase from my old iPhone to my new android Pixel phone. I definitely would have reconsidered my purchase had I known.
