This was a 5 star app. I have ordered online several times and had no issues, but after the last update I can't use it anymore. Although my info was intact after the update, all my favorites and addresses were gone. Now It doesn't save all the items in your favorite. On top of that, for some unknown reasone the last digits of my Gratis card number has changed!

It is unbelievable... The web site sucks, the app sucks. I can't believe how this big chain shopping brand can be so useless. The website can't save my shopping basket and today it is my 3rd try to shopping at there. How it is so hard to save my items at basket? And Gratis has useless cashiers at their stores too. If I don't have to buy something from there I never go shopping or use their website and app again. I hate this journey with Gratis...

To buy something or add a product on my fav. list is such a battle. I always have to enter my personal info to check delivery, save favs. or buy something. This is a very useless app and nobody tries to do something to solve this problem.
