About this app

Housework sucks when you have ADHD. Let's do it together.

We asked 30,000 people what they struggled with the most. The overwhelming response: housework. That's why we created dubbii - to tackle those horrible household tasks.

Having somebody body double you alongside any difficult or mundane task can really help, especially if you have ADHD. So we've taken the most common household jobs and created videos to help you get started and finished working alongside us as your body doubles.

• Making the bed
• Changing the sheets

• Putting a load on
• Hanging clothes out to dry
• Folding & putting away

• Cleaning the kitchen
• Cleaning the bathroom
• Cleaning the bedroom
• Cleaning the lounge

• Unloading the dishwasher
• Washing the dishes
• Taking the bins out

• Starting the day
• Bedtime routine
• Cleaning your teeth
• Having a shower
• Breathing exercise

• Clearing out the "room of doom"
• Clearing doom piles
• Sorting out your wardrobe

• Paying bills
• Replying to a text
• Making a phone call

• Choose one from any of the above task list to try out body doubling with Rich & Rox free of charge

As a dubbii subscriber, get full access to a wide range of tasks to:

• Watch body doubling videos to keep you on task
• Follow along with videos of Rox & Rich from ADHD Love
• Break down every-day tasks into micro-steps to reduce overwhelm
• Track your progress and work on habits without the shame
• Bookmark your favourite tasks

You can access the full list of tasks, body doubling sessions, and track your progress to unlock badges by purchasing a dubbii subscription. We believe in avoiding the ADHD tax that comes from setting up payments and only remembering them when the time comes to renew. Annual subscribers will be reminded ahead of their automatic renewal and if you haven't used the app for a while, we'll nudge you to see if you still want to keep it active.

When I can get it to show the walk through options it's great. But 90% of the time I only see the introductions but the screen cuts off so you can not see anything below the play and pause for the intro videos. I love the reminders to set for some tasks. I have tried Uninstall then re install. But nothing seems to work. I think since Dec I have sent numerous emails to support. Whatever this glitch is. It really needs to be fixed. Then it will be 5 stars fantastic.

It's well on its way to being useful. the only thing I have was that it wasn't going to work for me. I had many loads of laundry to do, and the fold along with me was much faster than I fold or sort. It might help if there's an option to loop the videos? Especially when it came to going along with the music, when the video ended it just froze on the end and then it was just the music looping.

Literally can't do anything because it freezes almost immediately every single time I open the app. Let's me click on any of the videos but nothing more. I can't even pause the intro for the video I selected. I tried downloading one, and I think it let me, but I can't figure out how to access it because everything is frozen. I'd be irritated if it wasn't so humorous that a body doubling app designed to help motivate folks and keep them focused freezes up the moment you try to use it.

Hi Rebeccah, We're so sorry that your vids are freezing! And you so are right… pretty ironic for an app there to help ADHDers! If you wouldn’t mind contacting us via our support page (dubbii.app/support), we can work with you to find out what may be going on. Thanks for taking the time to download the app 🩵 -Team dubbii
