I really like that it offers a lot of articles. And I like the discovery tab. It has a lot of eating disorder content - which most apps like this, do not. So far, the content provided lets you know that your trauma isn't your fault. I like that the mood tracker is more basic, & it doesn't make you overthink the issue.

I just downloaded the app, but i think this awesome. I wish we didnt need it, but i have friends that im definitely gonna share this with. Ive been meaning to get into journaling but its such a hastle to get a pencil and write down what i think and how i feel. And i need share those words so they "mean" something to me, and not just thoughts. I love that this gives me a way to share my journey, view other's journey, and that it simplifies tracking my emotions and also reminds to keep up with it.

Having trouble using the "find help" tool - I can't input my zip code. It's also frustrating to not be able to bookmark any blog post. Only the ones that come up in the home section can be bookmarked, not the ones in the Discover-->Read More section. Overall I love the app, but these two shortcomings are really frustrating.
