I enjoy this app because it gives me a space to recognize and process my emotions while knowing I am not alone, and if I need help, it's only a call away. I do wish it was more customizable for the Discovery option, so those of us with different mental health issues will see options more relevant. All in all, it's a great app, even if you aren't huge on journaling.

The daily writing prompts seem useful and seem like a great way to train the user to practice self-guidance beyond the app itself. Optional notifications are helpful with maintaining routine of Journaling. The blog articles see. useful, and I would suggest keeping the most useful information and encouragement upfront (as is), keeping things short, and engaging the reader through questions and prompts (self-work) as much as possible. Options for customization and creativity would be welcomed.

It's a great app so far, with lots of mental health resources, journal space, a mood tracker, blogs, and links to donate too, and it isn't all locked behind a paywall which has been a big problem with other apps I've had like this. I would definitely recommend. The only thing I would change is I wish you could document different moods throughout the day instead of just one for the whole day. Other than that I love it
