The app used to work for me, however in the last few months, I have stopped receiving miles. I tested on some partner stores, while making sure the card was added to my account beforehand, and it still didn't work! I had to contact support, which took an hour of my time, only for them to reply after two weeks that my card is not added. To that I replied with screenshots to prove everything. A week later, I got my miles. If i have to go through this with every transaction its not worth my time.

I often use this app to get points, but I recently went to PalazoVersace to use at Q's bar. I got my bill after midnight, and on the app it won't let me access the page for the restaurant to input the information of my purchase. It says that the bar is closed, please use the app during working hours. This is wrong, the bar is definitely open after midnight, I was upset not to get my skywardpoints. Also I tried to use at LuckyVoice, they had no idea what was the app and didnt give any points 😐

Since linking my card as you have to, this app works less than half the time, for example on a bill of over 400aed at Cafe Bateel it did not reflect. Customer service said that it would take 4 days but still nothing, and more often than not the points so not get added and there is literally nothing you can do about it.
