The worst service ever. They charged every month but couldn't watch any single contents. Reached out to their customer service multiple times but not a single time I received any response and the issue stayed unresolved. Tried to Unsubscribe from the Zee5 website, doesn't change the plan even after clicking Cancel Plan. I want to remove my credit card from the account, it doesn't even have that option. At this point, this can easily be called scam.

Most TV shows and movies get 5 stars but for me the app has many issues. For me namely the captions are my biggest problem. They dissapear half way into the movie/show. I have to either remove, update the app or play around with the settings to get it back too many times in the day. Other times it buffers and then black out or just cuts off. First I thought it was my wifi but I checked. I also never had/have the issue with any other app. It's not other devices either cause none are active at the

Zee5, this app has issues with the subtitles. Sometimes, they refuse to come on when watching on my firetv and android phone. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It works for a bit, then reverts to the same issue. What's more disappointing is that there isn't any form of customer service to help with this issue. I have tried many times by commenting on it on social media and no one is of any help. Get your act together and do something about this. Help center is a waste.
