I have had so many problems with my lively phone, I spend more time on the phone with customer service reps that I do being able to use the phone, each day I get up there's another app that's missing either my text messages or my ability to dial or my AOL something is always missing. It is time consuming and a pain in the butt and I don't appreciate it.

I make a list of the questions I want answered and call to get help with one or two at a time. In that way I take time to practice what I learned. Learning more makes me feel overwhelmed. I also assess how willing the Lively representative is and if they are in a positive mood. If I sense they even slightly are bored with their job I finish quickly and call back to speak to another representative. Some people are simply more helpful. All of the people I have talked to speak perfect English.

I've had a hard time. just because I hadn't ever had any training to use my phone in all apps .I believe people should review and study how to use an electronic piece such as eye phones ,tablets ect it's important to know what your doing. No
