Lively Link, a free app, keeps you informed about the health and safety of loved ones who are subscribed to lively Health and Safety Services.

Link can provide peace of mind by sharing timely updates about your loved one. You can check in with them when you want, from anywhere, without disturbing them – helping them maintain the independent life they love.

Exclusive features help them stay independent and you feel reassured
Once you accept the invite from your loved one and successfully set up Link, you’re able to access the following features:

Receive Emergency Alerts
Link will send you notifications for selected actions including when Urgent Response is utilized, allowing you to make decisions quickly and follow up without delay.

Retrieve Location
When the locator permissions are on you will see your loved one’s location on a map and receive updates if they change location. These general updates happen approximately every 20 minutes.
In an emergency, First Responders get location updates every 30 seconds.

Check Activities
Based on information in the Personal Profile, see if appointments are being kept and receive other reports about their activities.

Check Device Status
Get peace of mind knowing your loved one always has access to a professional in the event of an emergency. Link will let you know the device Battery Status. You’ll also be notified when the battery is low so you can remind them to recharge or replace the battery and stay connected.

Personalization
The Link team cares that the app is tailored to you. That’s why there are settings allowing you to choose which notifications you receive, add a picture of your loved one and even save their phone number – so you can call them directly from the app.

If possible I would give this service a negative rating. I have to reset the device every other day, sometimes twice before it works. Even then the location is never correct; in the field, in the creek, or some random location. I will gps the location, even gps can not locate the device. I am surprised the service is still available and or has not been sued. I would get another service, but the person that purchased it does not want to go through the hassle of changing service.

The worst app ever. It is never accurate and takes forever to refresh. Check out the other complaints, all the answers from the company are the same...contact us. I did and got no satisfaction. The device's battery only lasts about 3 months then spends more time in the charger than on my mom who is 91. On top of that the price keeps going up so even that isnt worth it anymore. We've been customers for 6 years. Looking for something better.

It isn't working on my Android pie phone at all. I didn't receive a notification that my elderly morher used the device a week ago. Half the time it doesn't sync (even though the app says it does). I sometimes can't get updated information on the battery or my mother's whereabouts for as long as a month. And then it mysteriously begins working again. And it doesn't have an advanced notification setting that allows you to override Android's "do not disturb" setting. It isnt reliable at all.

We’ve updated the app to support receiving location and battery updates from Preferred and Premium Lively Subscribers who use their own phone on the Lively network using our SIM Starter Kit.
