The Lively App on your Android smartphone gives you access to Lively® Services to help you feel connected, safe and independent
In an emergency big or small, use the Urgent Response widget to be connected to a certified Agent who can get you the help you need. Agents are highly trained in assisting you through situations where you may feel unsafe, aren’t sure who to call for help, or if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Agents will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired and can stay on the line with you until help arrives.

The Lively App also gives you access to:
Ask Lively: 100% U.S.-based operators
Nurse On-Call: Medical advice, prescription refills and more
Care Advocate: Well-being support and care planning
Lively Rides: Ride scheduling without having to download another app

I first bought it, fell in love with it, moved and new address, didn't work. my new address put in "boosters, trying my "Jitterbug" again. this time I pray it works.🤞 I think it's the best phone for seniors or any one that needs a phone simpler than most!!

Things have been fine up until recently. For some reason my device disconnected from the app. Restarted the phone and app, updated the app, removed wearable device, attempted to reconnect the device several times with no luck. Attempted to call customer support several times, but after I make my selections nothing happens. No wait music, no ringing, nothing. If customer support is only available at certain times, I have not come across any sort hours or time table.
