In an emergency big or small, use the Urgent Response widget to be connected to a certified Agent who can get you the help you need. Agents are highly trained in assisting you through situations where you may feel unsafe, aren’t sure who to call for help, or if you are experiencing a medical emergency. Agents will work with you, contact your family or friends if desired and can stay on the line with you until help arrives.
