15/8/22: update for new version. 1: the old app showed your daily commute on the start page. Where has it gone? Now you have to select "Live Times", select "Edit", choose the right journey. Can't even see how late a train is until you go to the Journey Details. 2: On the start page I can't change the outbound trip time. 3: In many places the fonts have shrunk so that I can't read them any more. There is so much more that I don't have space to enter. This is such a DOWNGRADE.

Works okay for buying standard tickets. the travelcard however is god awful. Ridiculous delays between available tickets and activated tickets being detected on the card. I've also had multiple workers on the trains tell me they never received any training regarding this app, meaning they can't help at all. absurd that such a company can have such a poor app. If there was an alternative, I'd take it in a heartbeat. Edit: 1 year later, same issues still occurring. Terrible.

Unable to buy a ticket for a train if it is in a few minutes time in the future. Generally the app just frustrates me. I literally do the same journey twice a week but there is no quick buy or buy again option for previous journeys (or if there is I haven't seen it). 26/9/25 update: can now buy a ticket within minutes of a train. Still no buy again feature t! Upping to 3 stars.
