Ratings and reviews

Basically garbage. The app UI is terrible, and the concept of having to select a "region" is totally unnecessary. More importantly though, the AC seems to disappear after a few days, even though the unit itself thinks it's on wifi and the Wi-Fi network is working fine. Then you have to go back through the clumsy pairing process to reset everything. Horrible low quality software and they don't seem to be making it any better over the past year or two.

Device addition works up till the point where you reconnect to your router and app tries to find the AC. It fails to find it every time. At the same time I can clearly see AC is connected and authenticated in my router web interface. Update: in order to connect an AC you need to disable 5GHz interface on your router, enable WPA and WPA2 auth, disable WPA3 auth, and to restart your phone, then it connects. Don't forget to change router settings back afterwards.

When it works it's great but it doesn't sync to the units. It took forever for me to set up my 8 units and I can control them through the app, making changes to the Temps and setting timers, but the app doesn't reliability sync so when I see a unit is on at a specific temp, more than likely that info is wrong. Frustrating because it seems like it should be able to sync. The other annoyance is that randomly I get signed out... the app doesn't allow biometric sign ins...
