It definitely saves you money, but you have to load money onto the card before you can buy fuel, and that process takes way too long. It's Dec 30th, I will need fuel by Jan 2, and it says the funds won't be available until Jan 7th. Who plans their fueling 9 days in advance?? You can use a debit card for a 2% fee which cuts into your savings. It also forces you to authorize at least 10 gallons of DEF even if you don't need it so you need to load an extra $40 to your wallet if you want to fill up.

not user frendly. also they hold your money up to 72 hours if something goes wrong. Mudflap a little bit expensive but more usefull. UPDATE Works few times like supposed to be. But today I'm went to fuel desk following instructions from app. left a card for cashier and add 91 gallons, but requested 85. card not covered even 85 gallons (asked cashier split) Customer service said cancel transaction what I did. Finally no money on greenline app and I'm paid from credit card. So I'm paid twice.

so far I like the service greenlane has to offer except for having to wait a week for funds loaded on the wallet to be able to be used for fuel purchases. With today's banking technology loaded funds should be available almost instantaneous. The other thing that could use a change is having to delete other payment methods so the fuel purchases come out of the wallet funds loaded on the account instead of charging other payment methods. otherwise I'm happy with the service greenlane provides.
