The buses are the best i Egypt till now, i hope this never change, also the application is good, with few fix and more features it can be way better, like i can't select which bus to follow on the map, it have to be Frist one in the list, the system change the life location from G1 line to G2 on it's own, this gets annoying, if a feature to alert the driver from the app to look on his right would be great, couple times i missed the bus because the driver didn't see me. In the end, good job.

The service itself is fine. But the app needs more attention and polishing, especially the map section. It's not smooth or clear. The timings and locations are not accurate. Even right now, there is a problem with the map not even showing anything. Would love to have the option to save credit card info instead of typing it every time in an external browser. There is a lot more to be done as for the ux or the ui.

Today, I encountered an issue with the Green Bus App. A message appears stating: "Unfortunately, Green Bus has stopped." I have already tried resolving the issue by completely uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but the problem persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? I would appreciate any guidance or troubleshooting steps you can provide. Thank you for your support.
