2. Book a car nearby and open the car with the app.
3. After your trip, return the car to your own location.

At Greenwheels you never have to search for a car or for a free parking space: our cars have their own designated location. Payment is simply processed automatically via direct debit or credit card.

Rough experience. It logs me out every time I open the app, and every restart I either lose my car, lose the entire booking or it's either "no longer my car" or "something went wrong". This was really a problem with the keyless car that depends on the app for locking and unlocking, which had me calling customer support in the cold while waiting to be let into my car. In the morning it was taken care of quick, but the other times I had to wait in line for help. Won't do keyless next time for sure

This is the worst app I have used in a long time. Trying to book a car and something always goes wrong. I get a message that it's not possible even though the car appears available. No information on pricing appears and everything is really laggy. Pure frustration and 20 minutes of my time lost

I like Greenwheels, I use it very often.but unfortunately the app is not good. I often see "no available car in your area" error which is not true. Probably it's a problem about the backend call to fetch the data which fails. Also it usually throws an error on the screen where you can choose possible car damage. Sometimes I have booking but its not appearing on the main screen and I have to navigate via sub menu > bookings. When I try to use their website, it often freezes and unusable.
