App keeps spamming me with commercial notifications when not using it for a while but I don't want to disable notifications for the entire app. Also info on how to use the gas station card and where to find the pin for it is not clear. App also seems to forget the car I have booked sometimes untill I log on and out again. (Booking via business account).

Hi Joeri, You can switch off marketing and commercial notification through your app incase you don't want to receive those notifications. Also, on our website there is a video you can watch for how to refuel our car with the tankcard! ^TeamGreenwheels

Greenwheels is the only car sharing service with nationwide NL coverage and that is the only reason to use them. Somehow the app manages to keep getting worse: 'Unexpected error, something went wrong' might as well be wallpaper at this point, calendar entries for bookings are incorrect every single time and good luck getting the PIN you need to refuel. Everything else is the same: Filthy cars and terrible service. As soon as a viable competitor exists, I'll be gone.

The concept is great, but the app is terrible. There are so many issues with the UI its very frustrating to use. Just to list a few: - confirmation messages during or after booking usually contain a different time than selected. Only the email proves that the process went right for you. - so many red error messages at the top of the screen! - ending a trip barely ever works, thank god there is an alternative using your ov-chipcard.
