About this app

RxLog is a private, offline-first medication tracker and pill reminder. No account, no sign-up, no cloud requirement. Your medications, doses, and symptoms stay on your device unless you choose to back them up to your own Google Drive.

• Lock-screen privacy: medication names hidden from the lock screen (on by default)
• QuietCard (new): a privacy card for the pharmacy counter and any front desk. Pick a person, hand your phone over, and let them read the details off the screen. Nothing said out loud, nothing overheard. Sensitive fields stay hidden behind your PIN, and a secure one-time transfer (with a code that expires in an hour) can hand a card to a family member's phone.

Upgrade to RxLog Premium to remove ads and unlock power features: advanced analytics with extended history beyond 90 days, Symptom Insights to see how your medications relate to your symptoms, Doctor Reports (PDF) to share with your provider, Caregiver Mode to share your medication list with a caregiver via a scannable QR code, and escalating reminders. Premium is $0.99/month or $7.99/year as an auto-renewing subscription (with a 7-day free trial), or a $19.99 one-time lifetime unlock. Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until canceled; cancel anytime in Google Play.
